Life Essentials, LLC was established in June 2017. The company provides American Heart Association CPR and First Aid courses in Fremont County, Wyoming-which includes the towns of Riverton, Shoshoni, Pavillion, Lander, Hudson, and the Wind River Reservation.
Currently, Life Essentials LLC offers the following AHA courses:
Life Essentials, LLC provides scheduled community CPR and First Aid classes-typically held in Riverton, WY-on a regular basis. Additionally, corporate classes where businesses set up a private class for their employees are available.
CPR and First Aid are required for many professions-daycare providers, dentists, dental hygienists and assistants, life guards, coaches, physical therapists, nurses and CNAs, foster parents, etc. in order for professionals to maintain employment. However, CPR and First Aid are skills that can benefit anyone-as most emergencies happen in the home and having these essential skills could save the lives of loved ones.
UPDATED 07/31/2022- Life Essentials, LLC is now a licensed Safe Sitter Provider! Safe Sitter is a babysitter training program that began 40+ years ago. The Safe Sitter mission is to teach middle schoolers life and safety skills as well as child care training to build safer communities.
Currently, Life Essentials LLC offers the following AHA courses:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Providers
- Heartsaver First Aid CPR/AED
- AHA e-learning skills check offs
- Family & Friends CPR

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Krista Edwards, certified AHA and Safe Sitter instructor, has been teaching CPR and First Aid classes since 2008. Krista is a high energy instructor who's primary goal is that students leave class knowing they could confidently perform CPR or First Aid in an emergency situation. When not teaching, Krista enjoys reading, gardening, cooking/baking, and spending time with her 4 children and husband on their small farm in Fremont County, WY. |
